what Will's been up to in July...

we've had a crazy month. here are some pics from visits to annapolis and charlottesville...

will got to see some "moos" up close. he was very excited!



in annapolis will had all kinds of attention...and he was very happy to take advantage of it.

they had a roller coaster and will could not get enough. bill was will's main entertainment in annapolis.

and this girl was the most tolerant of all. thank you ella for being so sweet!



will enjoyed a close encounter with a goat during our trip to the national zoo in d.c.

visit from aunt becky and some weekend fun around the house

aunt becky stopped by for a visit last weekend and will was very excited to see her...



...and her shoes.



he enjoyed putting farm animals on aunt becky's head (farm animals were not harmed).



and he enjoyed getting aunt becky to read with him.



he even showed aunt becky that he only eats 1 gold fish at a time. thanks for visiting...hope to see you again soon aunt becky!!!



not sure what will was doing here...it certainly doesn't look like he's making animal noises.



we played in the yard with dad and the hose on sunday until it got too hot out.



and then we came inside to play with everything we're NOT supposed to play with. notice the right foot...no idea what this obsession was about but it was on his foot for about an hour.



and taking a page out of cousin ben's book here's will trying to cool off his sippy cup in dad's cooler : )

cousin zach is moving back to atlanta and he's been staying with us during may until he gets things settled with his new place. will is becoming quite attached...



this week cousin zach bought us a pool since it's been so hot here in buford. here are some pics from us playing in the pool. after doing a header into the water right off the bat we weren't real happy until mom got in for a while. splashing sure was a lot of fun though!

will and dads day at the zoo

dad took the day off today to spend with Will. we went to dad's work to show Will off and then.....we headed to the zoo!



we were very excited to get to make primate noises when Alan the orangutan finally came out!



Will's favorite though is definitely the elephants! it's his favorite noise to make right now.



we even made the elephant noise when we saw the rhino! i guess i can understand the confusion on that one!



stretching the legs a little by the elephants...



not sure what animal noise we were trying to make here...we were looking at birds but i don't think it was a bird noise...



this is what Will does when he makes his elephant noise...always move his arm a.k.a. his trunk up and down. unfortunately these were kangaroos!



and on our way out we stopped to see the "ducks". all in all a very fun day for Will and dad. we can't wait to go back to the zoo!
